HEALTHY PREGNANCY, HEALTHY BABY CLASS (HPHB) - FREE: HPHB classes are held over four consecutive Tuesdays 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. It also includes a free infant CPR class held 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on Tuesday, February 7th for course participants only. This class is free of charge and open to expectant women plus their spouse or a friend. (Advance registration is required via the website). Childbirth preparation -comprehensive education covers early pregnancy, labor and birth, and first three months postpartum, including returning to work, family planning, infant health & safety. Focuses on giving participants the most important information and skills that they need to have a healthy pregnancy, to prepare for labor and delivery, and to bring a new baby into the family. Current to all standards.
